one thing you will never do in your life

So today I had a small argument with my father. I talked with him in a very rude and loud manner. After sometime he went somewhere outside.

After few minutes, This below conversation happened with my mom.

Me- You guys are snatching my freedom away from me. There's nobody like you. I wanted to move away from this conservative home. I can't waste my whole life by following your meaningless rules.

She- So what you want from us.

Me- I don't want anything from you guys. I just want to live my life on my terms. I want to live a life where I can choose that what is right or what is wrong.

She- Your father who's 50+. He who works everyday outside from 9-3. And he has his own health issues but still he fulfills your all meaningful/less demands. And inturn All he wanted is that his kids talk with him in a respectful manner. Don't you think he deserve it? If you have some point which you think is snatching your freedom, so can you put your point with a little respect. He for sure don't deserve the way you talk to him today.

Me- (face down)

She- Everyday, whatever he did is somehow related to providing his kids a better future. His way of thinking can be wrong, but his intentions can never be.

Me- (face down)

Me- (face down)

(Photo in no way is related to answer. And I don't even have words to explain it now)

Cherishing Yourself When in Struggle

"When I'm in a contention with somebody I begin to feel on edge, furious and pulled back from the individual. At that point I begin to consider the contention, what I said, what the other individual said, and it continues forever. It makes me feel apprehensive. What to do in these circumstances?.
